Shipping policy

Please note that your payment must clear before we process your items.

USPS is our primary shipping carrier. This mean we are able to ship virtually to any parts of the world and not limited to just the US.

Once payment clears, please allow 4-8 business days for us to process and ship your order(s). Upgrading to expedited shipping does not speed up production time. However in most cases, typically you may find that your item(s) may ship earlier or on the same day if order is placed before 5pm PST.

During holiday seasons, processing time may take up to 8-14 business days. However, we will try our best to get your order out much earlier. If you are ordering for a gift, we advise you do so 3 weeks in advance. This is because we can not guarantee on-time delivery.

(Please note that we do not process and ship during weekends and holidays.)

Domestic standard shipping typically take 3-5 business days for arrival once your package gets processed by the shipping carrier. International packages may take up to 10-20 days depending on the part of the world you are located in. (Delays may occur due to weather, holidays and or customs.)

Please double check your shipping address to make sure it is correct before placing an order. Once the shipping label for your order has been created, we will not be able to alter your shipping address. We highly advise you to provide a source of contact in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

International orders (Customers outside the USA)

For international orders, please make sure the recipient's shipping address is in English.

International orders are subject to customs delivery taxes and fees, we are required by law to declare all contents within the package. You will be responsible for any customs and import taxes if your country requires it.

We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, delivered to the wrong address or delayed by the postal service.

Keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case that your package is returned to us due to an error not made by us, you will be responsible for any extra shipping costs we need to re-ship your package to you.
